Event: Young Adult Retreat “..Be transformed by the renewal of your minds..”
Young adults (20s & 30s) are invited to Malvern Retreat House for a weekend of spiritual renewal and fellowship in Christ in order to “discern the will of God, what is holy and pleasing and perfect (Rom 12:2).” The retreat will include Eucharistic Adoration, Holy Mass, novena prayers to St. Joseph, a Reconciliation Service, music by Bailey Savoy and the Sisters of Life, and time for spiritual direction, personal prayer, and recreation with other young adults from across the diocese.
Retreat Director: Fr. Timothy Danaher is a Dominican priest at St. Patrick’s Church in Philadelphia.

This awesome event gathers young adult groups and Catholic campus ministry programs across the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for a day of fun and faith with the seminarians! On April 24th, teams (men and women, minimum of 12 people) will come together on the grounds of St. Charles Seminary for a day of ultimate frisbee!

Event: High School Workshop on "Catholicism and the Common Good"
Join the Collegium Institute for our first summer seminar of the Young Catholic Leaders Initiative for advanced high school students. Over the course of three days, Catholicism and the Common Good will focus on one of the 'three necessary societies' stipulated by Catholic Social Teaching, namely, the family, the state, and the Church. Through a combination of keynote lectures and seminars with Penn faculty, panel discussions and city tours with experts in local history, we will explore the principles undergirding Catholic thought on the common good by engaging with thinkers ranging from Augustine and Aquinas to Weil and Wojtyla, as well as seeking to apply those principles to our contemporary American context.
