Each day, you will find a challenge to grow in love for God and your neighbors. Listed below each challenge is the name of one of our homeless friends in Philadelphia or Denver to pray for that day. We need your prayers!

We invite you to join us for a 5 week Lenten Journey and Biblical Pilgrimage, "No Greater Love, A Biblical Walk through Christ's Passion." Filmed on location in the Holy Land, “No Greater Love” is a five-part series that reveals Christ’s amazing love for us.Best-selling author Edward Sri guides you through the last hours of Christ’s life. You will walk step-by-step with Jesus from the garden of Gethsemane to Mount Calvary. Cost is $25 per person for the study guide.

McCullen Center for Law, Religion and Public Policy at Villanova University will be hosting a lecture by Archbishop Borys Gudziak, Metropolitan Archbishop of the Archeparchy of Philadelphia of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC) and President of the Ukrainian Catholic University. The highest-ranking Ukrainian Catholic prelate in the United States, Archbishop Gudziak will speak about the current state of affairs in Ukraine and how the Church has responded to the war crisis. Join Collegium Institute and Dappled Things for our online Global Catholic Literature Seminar on Cayll Houselander’s The Dry Wood. In this seminar, we will consider diverse expressions of the universal call to holiness and the literary challenge of representing the saints amidst us. In considering the novel we will ask about the role of literature in depicting and fostering holiness. Can literary works be a form of spiritual writing? Can novels successfully portray the holy? The Wonder of Eve is a fresh and engaging Mother-Daughter program that was developed by the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Office of NFP. Through a Catholic lens, it teaches young women how naturally amazing their bodies are and the impact their choices can have on their future health and fertility.
This program is:
- geared towards high school girls
- aligned with Catholic teaching and values
- presented by a FertilityCare professional
- presented in 60 minutes, including a Q&A session
In keeping with the mission to educate young women, the Gianna Center of Philadelphia is offering the wonder of Eve every three months! A link will be emailed to registrants prior to the event. Note: it is HIGHLY encouraged that this program is attended simultaneously by both Mother and Daughter to ensure ongoing dialogue in these beautiful, yet potentially sensitive topics.
