June is the Month of the Sacred Heart
The world and the Church are in need of the Sacred Heart of Jesus more than ever! During this month of June, which is traditionally devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, consider making acts of love and devotion to Jesus' Heart of Love. Here are some traditional practices that can help:
Enthronement of the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Place an image of the Sacred Heart in a prominent place in your home. There are many graces promised by Jesus through this devotion.
Chaplet of the Sacred Heart
Please find attached here a pamphlet with prayers for praying a Chaplet of the Sacred Heart, which can be prayed using rosary beads. This was put together and graciously shared by Randa Jabbour, a parishioner of Mary, Mother of the Redeemer parish in North Wales. Thank you, Randa!
Invitation to the Schools of Missionary Discipleship
The Schools of Missionary Discipleship are a 10-session, intensive training in the habits and skills of missionary discipleship sponsored by the Office for the New Evangelization. The purpose of these Schools is two-fold: to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ (discipleship) and to be equipped with skills for helping others come to know Jesus’ love for them (mission). Event: National Eucharistic Pilgrimage Passes through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia
What a grace that we will have the opportunity to welcome and adore Jesus in the Most Holy Eucharist as the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Route, passes through the Archdiocese of Philadelphia between May 30 and June 3. All are invited to join in the pilgrimage as it makes stops at many of our parishes.

Metanoia is a transformation of the heart, an on-going spiritual conversion, calling us for a deeper understanding in how we see Jesus, the Father, ourselves, and others. In the Program Father Dave will explore topics such as: Why does Christ call himself “I AM”, what is meant by Jesus being thirsty for us, and why are Jesus’ teachings hard for us to follow. Metanoia is 10, half-hour episodes shot in locations throughout the Holy Land. The Program runs each Tuesday at 7:30pm in the Ministry Center Hall. It is Christ-centered and rooted in Catholic tradition, conveying God’s consolation through scripture, prayer, reflection, and sharing our faith. It is for people grieving the loss of a loved one, no matter how long ago. This group will help people share the journey of sorrow, process grief, and grow spiritually.

Courage is a Roman Catholic apostolate for men and women who experience same-sex attraction and their loved ones. The focus of the annual conference this year is Divine Filiation. Talks will include themes such as our identity as beloved sons and daughters of Christ, our familial bond, and how the sacraments give us the grace to live these out. What is a Good Human Life? An Interdisciplinary Gathering of Psychologists, Philosophers, and Theologians
Description: Our third interdisciplinary Magi Conference will explore the question "What is a Good Human Life?" through the lenses of World, Self, Community, and God. The conference will be structured around a series of conversations between psychologists, philosophers, and theologians, who will examine the nature of human flourishing from diverse disciplinary perspectives and consider how the insights of each of these disciplines might contribute to work in the others.

Event: 37th Annual Walking Pilgrimage from Great Meadows, NJ to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa
We often think of a pilgrimage as a strenuous trek throughout a country or region. Although the nature of a pilgrimage may be very much that, what we learn, discover, experience, endure, encounter along the way is the very essence of stepping outside of yourself and connecting with your faith; awakening your soul! We live in a day and age where we are so connected to everything else but GOD! When we step outside of our daily lives and routines and set out on a trail of our faith, we are forever changed.
Location: The Walking Pilgrimage will begin at 7:00 am on August 8 at Ss. Peter and Paul Church in Great Meadows, NJ and ends with Holy Mass on Sunday, August 11 at 2:00 pm at Czestochowa Shrine in Doylestown, PA.
