The Catechetical Institute (CI) is an online program in catechesis offered annually during the months of February, April, July, and November to lay individuals, religious sisters, teachers, catechists, parish ministers, and others looking to increase their knowledge of the Catholic faith. Event: SoulCore Offering - Movement + Prayer for the Lenten Season
"Give me an army saying the Rosary and I will conquer the world." (Pope Pius IX )
SoulCore is a Marian Prayer Apostolate which combines simple, functional, and strengthening movements with the prayers of the Rosary as a way to pray using the fullness of the mind, body, and spirit. All classes contain Scripture, saintly reflections, and are firmly rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church. Throughout Lent, we will pray with the Rosary, litanies and novenas, as well as The Stations of the Cross on Fridays. Classes are offered on zoom and all movements are easily adaptable to any fitness level. No prayer or exercise experience is necessary. All classes are free of charge.
