New Archdiocesan Shrine:
Sacre Coeur Perpetual Adoration Chapel
The Archdiocese of Philadelphia rejoices to announce the opening of a new Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, located on the campus of St. Denis Parish in Havertown (Delaware County). It was consecrated by Archbishop Perez on June 12, 2026, the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Visits to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament are possible around the clock. The Sacre Coeur Chapel has been designated an official shrine of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Event: Catechetical Institute July Courses
The Catechetical Institute (CI) is an online adult faith formation program open to anyone looking to increase their knowledge of the Catholic faith. Students must be 18 years or older to attend. CI will be offering 5 courses in July: New Testament, Person of Jesus, Foundations of the Church, Sacraments of Initiation and Philosophy for Beginners. The cost per course is $65.00.
